Our chefs will be delighted to make you anything you fancy in the way of traditional Franconian food. The dishes we serve include for instance tasty beer roast, Blaue Zipfel (spiced sausages poached with a dash of vinegar), Wiener Schnitzel (breadcrumbed veal cutlet), Bratwürste mit Sauerkraut (sausages with pickled cabbage), or a ploughman’s lunch. With your meal, enjoy one of the region’s famous wines or refreshing beer from our own brewery: we serve freshly tapped Pilsner, cloudy Kellerbier in traditional flip-top bottles, tasty Weizenbier, and various local specialities for beer lovers.
Various eating rooms are available and can be booked for parties of 10 to 40 persons, and our new facility, the Julius-Echter-Raum, can also seat up to 24. For any kind of festivity you want to organise, we can help you to choose the right menu for your guests.
